Rùm Cuillin Traverse

The viking peaks, Barkeval, Hallival, Askival, Trollabhal, Ainshval and the last one as on Skye, Sgurr nan Gillean then tricky descent to Dibidil Bothy.

Manx Shearwater burrows all over, hide their chicks and feed them every couple of nights to avoid predation, 1/3 of the global population breed on Rùm.

Bumped the intrepid family in wellies on Trollbhal that we met last Easter in the middle of the Fisherfield. Big tough days in wild Scotland overnighting in bothies (their easiest access was 8km along a consistently wet bog path). Julian (dad), Tilly (9) and Alex (7) been doing it since they were 4.

Also happened upon Roop Doggy Dogg back at Kinloch.
