Mixed ride,  left Jenny in hammock after lunch on the roof.

Jenny got my cold now but I'm nearly better

Blew me off the road so Jenny picked me up and we had tapas and a tour of a bodega.

Got a cold so most of 1st day in bed.  Jenny amused herself by running 17km with 680m of climbing.

Did a little ride today along the top road which hurt my pipes a bit after all the coughing. Jenny did 51km and 1200m on bike.

Curtailed by a detour to find cycling shoes left under a car at the end of yesterday's ride, oh and a flight to catch.

Xmas day ride

Arse a bit sore from hire-bike saddle. Rode around the middle of nowhere today (good views back up the Sierra Nevada), café-con-leche stop in a bar characterised by alcohol-riddled chaps playing pitch-and-toss outside with piles of notes wagered in the street.

Decent average speed thwarted by headwind for last 20 km and 3 km of tarmac that was like riding up the side of a council house (shook fillings and added insult to an already injured back door).
