Fiacaill Ridge II***

More snow on strong SWerlies overnight corniced the goat track and loaded it beyond safe approach. Most routes in the coire were filled in yesterday with some hefty cornicing and today they had large sastrugi lines across them. Invernookie area seemed good. We diverted up onto Fiacaill Ridge which was in good nick. Took respite from the strong winds scouring the plateau in the Coire Dobhain snowholes (met German lass preparing for assessment) then after finding out that plasters don't stick in cold temps Jenny navved us out through howling white to 1141. A lot of snow on the move, note the plumes whipped off the ridge.
