2 days of inspiration - 2 day film pass in advance, every time - the lectures can depend on the charisma of the speaker but the films always have a sprinkling of wow.
We also signed up for the free glacier skills workshop with Robin Beadle and Jim Blyth, both very experienced Alpine guides. Excellent session, really clear instruction and some useful 'what if' discussions, definately recommend for anyone wanting bespoke guiding or training.
Unfortunately Jenny and I both fell into a crevasse and had to prussik out. Then somehow Jenny fell into another one but luckily there were 3 of us plus a qualified guide at the top so she was swiftly hauled from the freezing abyss.
