Knoydart is on the mainland but the access is by ferry or a very long walk.
While here, I whipped up Sgurr Coire Choinnichean [the conical peak above the bow in the first pic] and rebuilt the cairn. The 3 of us also hiked Sgurr nam Feadan then the following day, Sgurr Coire Choinnichean and along the Aonach Sgoitte ridge to Stob a Chearcaill. Leaving the top at 4 got us down for 5 in the gloaming for the 5km slog back to the Old Forge. Below: Rum and Eigg with a slice of tangerine.
