Beer Can Chicken

Well we're all about the hobo here at beantin.com so here's a charming little recipe from brother Paddy.

  1. Buy a chicken.
  2. Buy some average beer.
  3. Open beer and poke up the chicken's cavity.
  4. Wrap in foil.
  5. Place first beantin over top of chicken and ram home [base of can likely to protude].
  6. Place first beantin [with chicken inside] onto a well stocked beantin.
  7. Leave for 47 mins.
  8. Remove chicken and check its juices.
  9. Crisp up skin on the beantin grill.
  10. Enjoy!
