On way home: across the bog below Glamaig (not in the van btw), direct up Teanga Mhor onto Bein Dearg Mhor, south along the ridge to Beinn Dearg Mheadhonach and off the nose of Ciche na Beinne Deirge into Màm a' Phobuill. Finally wore my innov8 shoes out running scree, wey ho (disliked them).
Pics don't really cut it but you can see a significant amount of the island from this summit.
