Nipped to Tremadog hospital to get my rib checked out (dive finish on the slippy runway on college sports day) . Just felt bruised but made a cracking noise when pushed in. Apparently they don't even X ray broken ribs these days and the nurse didn't need to examine me, so back to the rock with Jenny & Rachael;
Sheer Khan right hand start/Smarter than the Average Bear finish. Wet then dry.
After a dirty hot chocolate (which is a dish, not a route) (with cream & marshmallows) we went back to rock to do Rhienetta.
Rachael met some chaps in the washing-up barn who'd bailed to the indoor wall; should have just womanned-up lads, ha ha.
